Our team consists of experienced appraisers dedicated to providing accurate and supportable valuations.  Each member brings a unique set of skills focused on valuing properties across various markets, from Lofts in Lodo to 60-acre horse properties in Elbert County.  For each assignment, Kevin evaluates the property and assigns the case to the appropriate appraiser based on the complexity of the property, size and quality of the improvements, and the market in which it participates.  Accurate valuations are achieved when a few basic appraisal questions are answered with experience, knowledge, and expertise:  What amenities (both positive and negative) does the subject property offer the market? What drives value to potential buyers in any particular market?
